What do I want in my career?
I’m a UI/UX Designer and this is the question I’ve been asking myself since the third quarter of 2021. I learned a lot in my career and life in the past seven years.
I don’t think a big corporate job is not the one I’m looking for. I figured it myself in February. The knowledge I learned is not suitable for a corporate. I don’t have anything to contribute to service companies. Most of them have a process, but it’s not for me. I realised that. That’s not my cup of tea.
My ideas and thoughts will help startups with great ideas or any product company which interests me.
If you refer to the below graph, my career is at the starting/middle section of the professional path.
I believe in the experience. Experience matters.
Nothing will be five stars good in the first version. It needs to be challenged with the ideas, thoughts, comments, views of the people.
Currently, I’m on a break and I’m thinking about shifting my career into a different path but in the same industry. Planned something. Working towards that goal and I hope I can help someone. I’m looking forward to it.
This is a short blog. It’s a Saturday night and I just wanted to write something.
I know that nobody is reading it, but it’s good to write what’s on your mind. It’ll clear the mind and I can be more focused now I think.
